Alexander Noßmann is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Financial Institutions and Operations practices. He is a transformational expert for our banking clients worldwide; additionally, he is one of our leading experts in development and promotional financing. Alex clients’ often face increasing industry pressure due to economic downturns, regulatory requirements, and/or technology disruptions.

He helps his clients define and implement a sustainable strategy that includes a radical customer focus on e2e business and corporate center processes, organizational structures, functional operating models (sales, over support, regulatory), change management/communication, and HR.

Subsequently, Alex often supports his clients on a journey of large scale (digital) transformations and e2e process optimization and digitization over months. Before concentrating on financial institutions, Alex worked on five different continents for BCG and gained experience in various industries including energy, automotive, healthcare, mining, and logistics
