Alexander Noßmann is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Financial Institutions and Operations practices and an expert in development and promotional banking and financing. He is currently focusing on financial institutions, primarily serving multinational clients in Europe, that are facing increasing industry pressure due to low interest rates, regulatory requirements, fintechs, and technology disruptors. He helps his clients define and implement a sustainable strategy that includes business and corporate center processes, organizational structures, functional operating models (sales, over support, regulatory), change management/communication, and HR.

In addition to his focus on corporate strategy, Alexander is experience in large scale digital transformations and e2e process optimization and digitization. Before concentrating on financial institutions, Alexander worked in industries including energy, automotive, mining, and shipping on five different continents.
