Ali Houjeij joined Boston Consulting Group in 2015. He works with clients on energy, digital and tech, and sustainability projects. He is a leading member of BCG's Energy practice with a focus on oil and gas, as well as a core member of the Tech & Digital Advantage and Climate & Sustainability practices.
Ali supports public, private, and social institutions across the Middle East and Europe. His work focuses on defining growth and digital/AI strategies, delivering large-scale transformations, improving value-chain performance, and identifying opportunities linked to the energy transition.
Before joining BCG, Ali worked as a software engineer at Cisco.
