Alice Bolton is a member of Boston Consulting Group’s People & Organization, Climate & Sustainability, and Public Sector practices. She works with clients to embed purpose and sustainability into their organizations, through operating model, culture, people strategy, and transformation excellence. She has particular expertise in the people and organizational tools to enable climate and sustainability transformation.

Since joining BCG in 2011, Alice has built deep expertise in people and organization topics across industries, and has worked with private and public sector clients around the globe. Alice co-leads Women@BCG in London. Before joining the firm, she held policy and planning roles in local government in the UK for six years.
