Amanda Wikman’s current role at The Boston Consulting Group is the general manager of the BCG Henderson Institute.

Before assuming her current duties at BHI, Amanda advised clients on how to use company purpose as a lever for organizational transformation at BrightHouse, a BCG acquisition. Her project experience includes purpose articulation and activation for clients in consumer products, industrial goods, and financial services.

Amanda also led BrightHouse’s internal and external marketing, communications, educational initiatives, and speaking engagements.
