Amanda Wikman is Chief of Staff and Global Operations Senior Director of BCG Henderson Institute, Boston Consulting Group’s global think tank. In this role, she oversees and drives the Institute’s strategy, finance and budgeting, HR, staffing and recruitment, marketing, communications, and external partnerships.
Before assuming her current duties at BHI, Amanda advised clients on how to use company purpose as a lever for organizational transformation at BrightHouse, a BCG acquisition. Her project experience includes purpose articulation and activation for clients in consumer products, industrial goods, and financial services.
Amanda also led BrightHouse’s internal and external marketing, communications, educational initiatives, and speaking engagements.
