Amber Grewal is the global head of talent and the global head of recruiting for Boston Consulting Group. She is responsible for redefining, augmenting, and future-proofing BCG’s human capital strategy, as well as driving the strategic transformation and digitization of global talent to grow human potential, move the world forward through people capabilities, and maximize impact to clients and industries across the globe.

Amber joined BCG in January 2020, bringing 20 years of experience in the art and science of attracting, developing, and advancing talent. She was formerly chief talent officer at Intel; held several senior leadership roles at IBM, GE, Microsoft, and KPMG; and serves as a board member for the IoT Consortium, the NOVA Workforce Board, and Eightfold A.I.
