Ana Vieira leads BCG Platinion in Brazil. Platinion is a division of Boston Consulting Group focused on IT implementation and risk management services. She is a core member of BCG's Tech & Digital Advantage practice, focused on financial institutions and consumer companies.
Ana has extensive experience leading complex technology projects, helping companies to evolve their digital platforms and operating models and unlock business value through technology and innovation. She works with clients to solve technology and organizational challenges through tech strategy, architecture design, project management, tech cost optimization, and tech adoption. Ana joined BCG in 2021, after working in various business units at IBM for over 20 years, most recently as Cloud & Cognitive Solutions Tech Sales and Services Director.
