Andra London is a Managing Director at BCG BrightHouse—BCG’s creative consultancy that leverages purpose and strategic storytelling to help organizations grow their people, profits, and impact. Since joining BCG BrightHouse in 2016, Andra has led a country to define its national values, a prominent Canadian bank to set unprecedented sustainable finance goals, and teams to articulate and activate purpose for iconic global organizations.

Andra’s industry experience includes automotive, fashion retail, financial institutions, healthcare, and industrial goods. Her functional expertise centers on purpose articulation and activation, human-centered change management and communications, culture and behaviors, and brand strategy. Andra is a member of BCG’s People & Organization, Consumer, Helathcare and Transform practices.

Andra’s pre-BCG marketing and brand experience spans corporate, agency, startup, and nonprofit companies–and includes years at The Coca-Cola Company, where she developed global campaigns for the Olympic Games and FIFA World Cup. Andra is a guest lecturer at Goizueta Business School at Emory University. She is a strong culture advocate with the conviction that an enterprise’s success relies on the people at its core.
