André Heeg

André Heeg leads Boston Consulting Group's Health Care practice in Europe, as well as serving as the Berlin lead for BCG X, the firm's tech build and design unit. André has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, having worked as a maxillofacial surgeon, a tech entrepreneur, a pharmaceutical executive, and a company builder.

His diverse experiences help André bring a combination of healthcare expertise and customer-centric solutions to his client work. André is passionate about what digital can do to improve healthcare, change hearts and minds, and enhance the patient experience. He is an expert in digital venture-building, and innovation and AI and GenAI transformation and implementation, with a focus on digital healthcare and new delivery models across healthcare stakeholders.​

Before joining BCG X, André served as Chief Digital Officer at Sandoz International (Novartis), and prior to that, he was VP of Sales at Zocdoc in New York.​
