Andreas Biffar leads the corporate finance and strategy and transformation work for Boston Consulting Group's Financial Institutions practice globally, and is a core member of the global Financial Institutions leadership team.

Andreas advises leading banks and financial institutions on large-scale transformation programs, strategic value creation, and operating model optimization. Since joining BCG in 2010, Andreas has spearheaded major initiatives across Europe, helping clients unlock their full potential through meaningful change and sustainable performance improvement.

Andreas is recognized for his deep expertise in corporate finance, M&A, cost transformation, and CFO excellence. He is a frequent contributor to BCG’s thought leadership, including the firm’s annual flagship report on the future of finance.
