He has in-depth experience in strategy, transformation, post-merger integration, change management, and strategic cost optimization, especially in public sector financial organizations, banking, and property and casualty and health insurance.
Aniruddha uses big data and analytics and digitization as levers to improve sales and operational performance for his clients. His practical experience includes succession planning, board governance practices, central strategy function, large-scale transformation, analytics-driven sales acceleration, due diligence, and greenfield business build.
Before joining the firm in 2015, Aniruddha was a director in the consulting practice of a Big-4 professional services firm in Mumbai.
