Anne Kleppe is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Financial Institutions practice, as well as BCG X, the firm’s tech build and design unit. As the global lead for Responsible AI and BCG X’s Risk & Compliance practice, she works at the intersection of innovation and oversight, advising leading financial institutions on how to harness the potential of AI and GenAI responsibly and at scale.
Anne has over 15 years of experience in quantitative modeling for banks and financial institutions. She has led strategic initiatives including several large-scale AI strategy and build projects, and has supported clients in reshaping their risk management frameworks to accommodate next-generation AI capabilities.
As one of the lead partner for BCG’s GenAI Evaluator and ARTKIT (an automated testing and red-teaming toolkit for GenAI), Anne drives the development of tools that enable safe and scalable AI deployment. Her perspectives have been featured in thought leadership collaborations with MIT Sloan Management Review and numerous BCG publications.
