Anne Kleppe joined Boston Consulting Group in 2020. She is a member of the firm's data science unit, BCG GAMMA, as well as a core member of the Financial Institutions practice, for which she leads the work in emissions and sustainability globally.

Anne has over 15 years of experience in quantitative modeling for banks and financial institutions, with a special focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and sustainability issues, as well as risk management. She is one of BCG’s thought leaders on climate and sustainability for financial institutions. In particular, she developed and is the global lead for, a dedicated solution: CO2 FI, that helps financial industry players navigate their climate action journey
