Seeking Transformations That Unlock the Value of Data

Companies need to seek out more data—and learn how to use it effectively to increase growth. This requires transformation. Antoine Gourévitch explains how BCG can guide companies toward a model of data-driven value.

Antoine Gourévitch leads The Boston Consulting Group’s global work in digital transformation and big data businesses in the Technology Advantage practice. His current research centers on digital disruption and organization.

Since joining BCG in 1995, Antoine has worked extensively with companies in the automotive and financial services industries on issues related to digital and information technology.

He has deep experience in strategy and innovation, having helped a number of automotive manufacturers and suppliers redefine their distribution and sales plans, improve commercial competitiveness, and launch digital strategies.

He contributed to an online course on Digital Transformation. The course, developed by BCG in partnership with the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and Coursera, enables students to examine the pace of digital change and the imperative it creates for businesses.

Antoine has taught at École Centrale Paris since 1998, focusing primarily on change management. Before joining BCG, Antoine worked at Bossard as a consultant in the strategy and marketing department.
