Antoine Samaha is a core member of the Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practice at Boston Consulting Group, and one of the founding members of the PIPE team in the Middle East. He is also a core member of the Corporate Finance & Strategy (CFS) practice.

Since joining BCG in 2012, Antoine has worked across industries, mainly with sovereign wealth funds, investment funds, diversified holding companies, and family businesses. He covers all aspects of fund investment strategy and operations, transaction support (due diligences), and portfolio value creation and innovation. His main topics of expertise are new investment strategies, corporate and investment portfolio strategies, sustainable investing, strategic planning, capital allocation, and funds governance and operations (including integration of ESG in investment policies and processes).

Besides his BCG experience, Antoine worked as an investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London and as a software engineer at IBM in Toronto. He is fluent in Arabic, English, and French
