Anton Aristov is a core member of the Energy and Transform practices at Boston Consulting Group. Since joining the firm in 2014, he has specialized in upstream oil and gas. Anton has led numerous projects across Russia, the Middle East, and the Caspian region.

He works with client investment strategies, integrated project management systems, major capital investment projects, digitization of onshore and offshore assets, operational efficiency in conventional and unconventional fields, exploration strategy, and organization transformations.

Prior to coming to BCG, Anton worked in transaction advisory services at EY.
