Anton Kosach is a key member of Boston Consulting Group’s Energy practice. Since joining the firm in 2011, Anton has worked with oil and gas and power clients on topics including development, operational and organizational transformations, capex efficiency improvement, and implementation of major capital investment projects. His engagements have covered exploration and production, refining, power generation and power grids, and renewables. 

Anton has led the implementation of a number of large-scale transformation programs for major vertically integrated and national companies, as well as projects related to organizational issues, preparation for IPO/privatization, PMI, and revision of operating models in oil and gas and power industries. 

He has worked with clients to implement a number of complex projects, leading multinational teams in Russia, Western Europe, Scandinavia, the Middle East, and CIS countries. 

Prior to joining BCG, Anton worked for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and PwC.
