Astrid Latzel joined Boston Consulting Group in October 2022. She has more than 20 years of experience advising companies on M&A, due diligence, and value enhancement programs (including full potential programs, transformations, strategy, and commercial excellence). She leads the climate and sustainability/ESG agenda for products for the firm’s Principal Investors & Private Equity practice in Central Europe. Astrid’s primary industry focus is industrial goods and pharma/health care.

At BCG, Astrid advises financial investors and private equity funds on buy- and sell-side transactions, value creation along the investment cycle, growth sales, and pricing for portfolio companies. She is passionate about helping investors define and execute their ESG transformation journey, identify investable sectors/targets, and support their value creation.

Before joining the firm, Astrid was a Partner & Managing Director at Kearney, leading their private equity business in Central Europe.
