Austin Gispanski works at the intersection of health care, technology, and business transformation. Since joining Boston Consulting Group in 2019, he’s been a driving force within the Health Care practice and BCG Digital Ventures (now part of BCG X), partnering with payers, providers, medtech, and new entrants to help them break from convention and launch high-impact products, platforms, and businesses at startup speed.
With two decades of experience spanning private equity, corporates, startups, and consultancies, Austin brings in-depth cross-functional expertise in engineering, product, strategy, operations, and profit and loss ownership. He partners with health care organizations to radically rewire their operating models—shifting from activity-based project delivery to outcome-driven product ecosystems that scale quickly and deliver lasting value.
Austin also leads BCG’s (Gen)AI agenda across the health care payer, provider, and services space. He is pioneering ways to harness AI as a transformative force—redefining care delivery, reimagining operations, and reshaping cost structures to improve outcomes and experience at scale.
