Ayaka Kurokawa joined Boston Consulting Group in 2016. She is a core member of the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications, and People & Organization practices.

Ayaka works mainly with clients in the broadcasting and financial services industries. Her expertise covers group governance strategies, mid- to long-term corporate strategy formulation, organizational reforms, and globalization strategies. She is a certified public accountant.

Prior to joining BCG, Ayaka worked at Mitsui & Co. Europe PLC , Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC, and at Japan Exchange Group (formerly Tokyo Stock Exchange).
