Ayano Ihara joined Boston Consulting Group in 2003 and, after a 15-year career with the firm, rejoined in 2021. She is a core member of the firm's Public Sector, Climate & Sustainability, and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices.
Ayano has extensive experience supporting central government ministries, agencies, and local governments in policy formulation and implementation related to sustainability and climate change. She has also supported numerous public-private collaboration projects involving partnerships among government, industry, and business.
