As part of BCG X, Boston Consulting Group's tech build and design unit, Ayoub Boukhalf advises clients on large-scale AI strategy and leads the build of enterprise AI and agentic platforms. He works with c-suite and technology leadership to shape technical roadmaps, de-risk major transformations, and translate ambitious AI strategies into production-grade systems.
With over 13 years of experience spanning both hands-on engineering and tech advisory, Ayoub has guided clients through the industrialization of digital products, data architecture, and AI systems by using his technical knowledge combined with his ability to steer complex, high-stakes programs to production at scale.
Before joining the firm, Ayoub spent over a decade in senior IT architecture and delivery leadership roles across banking, insurance, and telecommunications, most recently as Managing Enterprise Architect at BNP Paribas.
