Ben Polak joined Boston Consulting Group in 2014. He is a core member of the firm's Industrial Goods and Operations practices and works primarily with clients in automotive, aerospace and defense, and engineered products industries.

At BCG, Ben has worked on many operations topics, including operations strategy, product development and industrialization, supply chain planning and logistics, E2E supply chain planning, inventory management, and complexity optimization. He also served as the acting Executive Director of Supply Planning & Sourcing, for a multinational Tier 1 automotive supplier.

Prior to joining the firm, Ben worked in a variety of strategic and operations roles. He developed multi-echelon inventory optimization models for Nike's retail replenishment business, led a team of skilled fabricators and manufacturing engineers in the production of composite aerospace structures at Bell Helicopter, and provided M&A and corporate strategy advisory services for aerospace and defense companies at Charles River Associates.
