Bora Goekbora is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice. He has extensive experience advising telecom operators, private equity groups, infrastructure investors, and public sector leaders, utilizing his strategic and operational expertise across the telecom, technology, AI, and digital infrastructure industries.
Bora has led numerous high-impact engagements across North America and globally, helping clients define and activate strategic priorities, lead large-scale transformations, and drive corporate development and transaction agendas. His work supports leadership teams as they navigate industry transformation, evolving operating models, and long-term value creation.
A published patent holder, Bora leads innovation-driven transformations at the intersection of technology, infrastructure, and commercial models—helping clients navigate the convergence of connectivity, cloud, edge, AI, and other emerging technologies to forge partnerships and translate new capabilities into scalable businesses, transactions, and value.
A significant part of Bora’s recent work has centered on helping operators adopt and operationalize AI at scale. He works with leadership teams to deploy generative AI, frontline enablement tools, and decision-intelligence capabilities that drive tangible improvements in performance, productivity, and customer experience.
Outside of client service, Bora serves on the board of a US-based digital infrastructure developer dedicated to building mission critical communications for public safety, first responders and their communities.
