Bradley Strock has over 30 years of experience helping companies grow through disruptive technologies and digital transformation. Throughout his career, he has led numerous business turnarounds, acquisitions, divestitures, and technology-enabled growth initiatives. Brad has a unique mix of expertise across business strategy, finance, risk management, operations, software development, infrastructure, and information security, coupled with a deep passion for technology and how it can transform businesses to drive growth through digital transformation. He has demonstrated experience in influencing and driving change from the boardroom to the individual contributor.

Brad has been an Independent Director of Ascensus since February of 2023. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Elevate Credit from 2018 to 2023 where he chaired the Risk Committee and was a member of the Compensation and Nominating/Governance Committees. He was also an Independent Director of Kiavi Inc., where he chaired the Nominating/Governance Committee and served on the Compensation Committee. Brad also serves on the board of Hiinga, a nonprofit providing SMB loans in Africa. He is a member of several advisory boards for companies ranging from startups to large global enterprises.

Until 2019, Brad Strock was the Global CIO of PayPal, a Fortune 200 company transforming the world of global payments, commerce, and how individuals access financial services. At PayPal, Brad held a broad scope of responsibilities contributing to PayPal’s ten‐year revenue growth rate of over20% annually. He led a global team providing both technology functions and software development for operations platforms supporting a global enterprise operating in 200 markets, 24 languages and65 locations. In the CIO role, Brad led the transformation of PayPal's operations platforms to support dramatic user growth while holding costs flat and creating incremental revenue opportunities. In addition, he led the IT separation from eBay in 2015.

Prior to PayPal, Brad held several senior executive roles at Bank of America, including leading the Next Generation Payments and Commerce Team that created what is now the Zelle payments platform. At JP Morgan Chase, Brad led the creation of a new rewards platform that delivered innovative new credit card products propelling growth. Brad's early career spanned a wide range of strategy and financial roles including M&A work, turnarounds, and strategic planning roles.
