Bryan Berumen joined Boston Consulting Group in November 2024 bringing more than 21 years of experience in sales, marketing, and service transformation, including operations, effectiveness, Salesforce.com enablement, and business and technology operating model design.
At BCG, Bryan helps clients accelerate and get more value from their customer relationship management (CRM) investments by focusing on business value creation, process and operating model impacts, and incorporating next-gen AI capabilities. He leads BCG's CRM work for the EMESA region (Europe, Middle East, South America, Africa).
Before joining the firm, Bryan spent 21 years at Accenture, most recently as the EMEA Salesforce Business Group Lead.
