Caitlin Guzman Hartman is a core leader in Boston Consulting Group's Financial Institutions and Public Sector practices, with a focus on technology and digital advantage. She leads Economic Development & Finance for BCG’s Center for Government in North America.

Caitlin leads complex transformations for financial services firms, advising senior leaders on large-scale technology and digital modernization, operating model and organizational transformation, performance management, and operational efficiency.

Caitlin specializes in adapting private sector best practices to solve public sector challenges. She brings a practical, outcomes-driven approach to transformation, helping senior government leaders align their operations, technology, and teams to better serve their mission. She has supported U.S. federal agencies across the defense and civilian sectors, including partnering with agency CIOs and CFOs on enterprise-wide technology and cost transformation initiatives.

Prior to joining BCG, Caitlin worked in emerging markets and served as a Special Assistant in the U.S. federal government. She serves on the board of Leadership Greater Washington and is an advocate for small businesses in the District of Columbia.
