Carlo Pacifico joined Boston Consulting Group in 2016. He is a core member of the firm’s Consumer and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices. He is also a core member of BCG’s pricing and revenue management competence center for travel and tourism. 

Carlo has deep expertise in the travel and tourism industry, with international experience in subsectors including airlines, cruise lines, railways, and car rental. His work focuses on pricing and revenue management, and extends to strategic topics, such as industrial plans and partnerships. 

Since joining BCG, Carlo’s contribution in pricing and revenue management covers the entire space from logic definition to execution. He has worked with clients to design and implement pricing and revenue management transformation programs and pricing structures. 

Before joining the firm, Carlo worked as corporate director of pricing and revenue management for Costa Crociere, and previously senior manager of revenue management at Avis Budget Group covering Italy, France, Spain, Benelux, and Portugal.
