Carsten Nee is a procurement transformation expert and a core member of the Operations practice at Boston Consulting Group. He advises and serves a broad range of clients—particularly in the automotive industry—working with them on procurement optimization, including identifying and implementing cost savings and sustaining new ways of working in large-scale procurement transformations. He is the topic lead for risk management.

In addition to procurement cost savings, Carsten is experienced in risk, digital, sustainability, product development, and organization and operating model topics.
