Cecilia Aureliano is a member of Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer, and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices and leads the Global Advantage practice in Brazil.
Since joining BCG in 2009, Cecilia has worked primarily for consumer goods and retail customers on a wide variety of topics including pricing, assortment optimization, demand projection, strategy, internationalization, and reorganization of people. She specializes in revenue management, and has experience in projects using machine learning.
Cecilia is part of the BCG Brazil Diversity Committee. She has led the group Women@BCG and currently leads the Black@BCG team.
Cecilia joined the company as an intern and, while working toward her MBA, was also strategy manager of Save the Children.
Black Friday has already become part of Brazilians’ vocabulary. To understand the impact of the event in the Brazil calendar, BCG surveyed more than 2,000 consumers from all regions of the country, different social classes, genders and age groups. Our questions included the intention to participate in the event, category and channel preferences, sustainability, and beyond.
