César Egido leads Boston Consulting Group's Operations practice in Spain. A specialist in procurement, he has worked with clients in energy, consumer goods and retail, industrials, and financial institutions on procurement and operational improvement transformations.
César has expertise in operating model optimization, value delivery through strategic sourcing, sustainability within supply chains, and enhancing procurement and supply chain resilience, as well as extensive experience in negotiation and category management for large-scale transformation projects. César is dedicated to empowering organizations to achieve their procurement and operational excellence goals.
Before joining BCG César worked for ten years at Kearney in the Madrid and New York offices, holding several management positions in the Consumer Goods and Retail and Operations Practice Areas.
