Chilman Jain is a member of the Australia/New Zealand leadership team for Boston Consulting Group's Health Care; Marketing, Sales & Pricing; and Tech & Digital Advantage practices, and currently leads customer relationship management (CRM) for BCG in Australia. She works at the intersection of strategy, technology, and innovation, advising clients in med tech, health insurance, and providers. She previously also worked in banking and insurance.
Chilman has experience in digital and tech transformation, marketing and sales acceleration, business model reinvention, operating model redesign, and end-to-end growth strategy. Her recent engagements included leading multiyear programs to reshape commercial strategy, accelerate digital and analytics adoption, enhance customer experience, and build scalable technology foundations. She has partnered with CXOs to drive enterprise-wide change, build new digital businesses, and enable future-ready operating models supported by cutting-edge technology, AI, and data.
Before joining the firm, Chilman was Senior Manager, Group Strategy at Westpac in Sydney.
