Chloé Caparros joined Boston Consulting Group in 2015. She is a core member of BCG’s Health Care, Operations, and Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practices. Chloé works with biopharma, medtech, and consumer health care companies on large-scale operational transformations. She focuses on network strategy, lean production systems, and the deployment of AI at scale across technical operations.
Chloé covers the full operations value chain, including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality, with a strong focus on making use of operational excellence to improve supply performance and deliver sustainable cost-out transformations. Chloé also advises corporate and private equity clients on M&A and portfolio strategy, supporting buy-side and sell-side due diligences, value creation plans, and post-transaction transformation programs—increasingly leveraging AI and GenAI.
She holds a dual Master’s degree in Business Administration and Engineering from HEC Paris and École Polytechnique, as well as a BSc in Applied Mathematics from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
