Chris Livitsanis leads Boston Consulting Group's Operations practice for the Australia/New Zealand region. He joined the firm in 2021 bringing over 20 years of global experience to his twin missions of helping organizations realize their full potential to create sustainable advantage and driving enterprise-wide transformation. Chris specializes in operations, most significantly in supply chain optimization, procurement, maintenance, capital projects, and operating models.

He has led numerous enterprise-wide transformations across a range of industries including logistics, mining, explosives, chemicals, fast-moving consumer goods, cement, oil and gas, steel, and pulp and paper. In his work at BCG, Chris combines the strategic skills and structured approach of consulting with a pragmatic approach gained from his experience in industry. Before joining the firm, he held positions including, CTO at Newcrest Mining and Senior Partner at Kearney.
