Christian Maas leads the BCG X Insurance practice globally, as well as the Manhattan Beach innovation center. BCG X is BCG's dedicated technology and business building unit that identifies and builds innovative digital experiences, platforms, and capabilities, providing competitive advantage and outsized returns for corporate partners and clients. He has also been a core member of the BCG X Financial Institutions and Public Sector practices.

Christian has over 20 years of leadership experience in product, sales and marketing, and finance. Before joining the firm, Christian worked at McKinsey & Company and Bain & Company. Before that, he was SVP of Product and VP of Finance & Administration (functional CFO) for PortBlue Corporation.
