He is a leader in the firm’s work in automotive and mobility work focusing on digital and IT topics in the automotive industry. He has worked on many digital cases, covering connected cars, IT cost savings, health checks, and organizational governance.
Christian works with clients to assess digital readiness and digital initiatives, and define digital strategies, end-to-end horizontal digital transformation roadmaps, and IT systems transformation and implementation approaches. Before joining the firm, he worked at another consultancy.
