Christin Owings is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's People & Organization practice and the global People & Organization leadership team, as well as a global leader for culture. She also leads the firm’s change management work across Western Europe and South America. Her work focuses on guiding clients through the organizational dimensions of large-scale transformations.
Christin has deep expertise in target operating model redesign, organizational design and implementation, and human-centric change management. Her experience includes diagnosing organizational pain points and behaviors, designing operating models, redefining structures and roles, and enhancing performance management. She also partners with BCG Transform and works with BCG’s digital capabilities to bring tech and people together.
Before joining BCG, Christin was an Associate Partner at Eden McCallum in London and an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company in Copenhagen.
