Christoph Denner joined Boston Consulting Group in October 2014. He is a core member of the Health Care practice and a member of the MedTech team. His client work focuses on medtech, including value creation, strategy, organization design, and commercial topics.

Christoph has conducted many engagements around the globe, particularly in Germany, the US, Japan, Italy, and the UK. His clients are mostly medtech, biopharma, and private equity companies.

Christoph has deep experience across all segments of medtech, including medical equipment, medical devices, and medical consumables. He is experienced working with large cap customers but also mid-sized and family-owned businesses, as well as financial sponsors.
