Csaba Bakos is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Travel, Cities & Infrastructure practice. He has experience working in the transportation; financial; and technology, media, and telecommunications sectors, on strategy, M&A, and major transformations, including integration, separation, and IPO preparation.
In addition to transportation and infrastructure, he has also worked with clients in banking, energy, and consumer goods on corporate strategy, organizational transformation, complex stakeholder management, financial and economic impact assessment, and AI-transformation. Csaba serves as the GenAI Transformation Enablement Network Node in the Budapest office.
Prior to joining BCG, he was a Manager in the Corporate Finance division at Deloitte.
