Dakota Santana-Grace

Dakota Santana-Grace is Boston Consulting Group's global lead for the Postal, Parcel & Express team and a core part of BCG's supply chain capability, as well as a core member of the Travel, Cities & Infrastructure practice. Since joining BCG in 2016, he has supported a dozen postal services on four different continents. Dakota works at the intersection of commercial strategy and supply chain strategy. At this intersection, he partners with clients to build networks and supply chains that achieve the requirements of the markets in which they operate.

Dakota has built a team of operations research specialists and data scientists who design optimal and resilient networks. They are also specialists in designing complex operational partnerships with third parties.

At BCG, Dakota holds multiple leadership roles both globally and within North America, including as a member of BCG's Career Development Committee, and as co-chair of BCG's Pride Horizons.

Outside BCG, Dakota serves on the Board of Trustees of The Webb Schools, as the Chair of the Risk Management Committee.
