Managing Director & Partner
Daniel Selikowitz is a member of Boston Consulting Group’s Center for Digital Government, and a core member of the Public Sector and Corporate Finance & Strategy practice areas, specializing in transaction support, sourcing, and market design in the public sector. He is also the Australia node for Public Wealth and a leader in the Principal Investors & Private Equity practice area. Daniel’s work focuses on the intersection of the public and private sectors, with an emphasis on delivering outstanding commercial and policy outcomes.
In his public sector work, Daniel focuses on working with government clients to effectively engage the market, and to strike the right balance between commercial and policy considerations in sourcing and transactions. He has extensive experience in immigration and border protection, infrastructure, health care, and disability services, having led a number of high-profile market design, transaction, and tender processes in these domains.
Beyond the public sector, Daniel has led transaction, sourcing, and strategy programs with a range of private sector clients in Australia and the United States, including with principal investors, private equity firms, and financial institutions.
As countries around the world rebuild their infrastructure for sustainability, private investors are gravitating toward low-carbon hydrogen projects.
When used in conjunction with conventional methods, market-informed design and sourcing (MIDAS) can help governments deliver more successful procurement outcomes and greater financial and nonfinancial value.
