Dario De Sanctis is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Principal Investor & Private Equity (PIPE) practice. He is an expert in M&A, due diligence, vendor due diligence, business and value creation plans, post-merger integration, and commercial strategy.
Dario has extensive experience working with private equity firms. Since joining BCG in 2020, he has worked on over 20 due diligence and vendor due diligence engagements. His clients have included a tire manufacturer, a parking operator, a motorcycle gear and helmet manufacturer, a large third-party cosmetics producer, a producer of medical devices for newborns, life insurers, and asset managers.
He has also led PMI engagements with a focus on commercial strategy, including retail footprint streamlining and product portfolio optimization, PE fund strategy review, and turnaround and value creation plans.
Before joining BCG, Dario worked for almost six years at A.T. Kearney.
