Darren Cole is a leader in Boston Consulting Group’s Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practice in Canada. Darren works with investment funds across North America on topics including fund strategy and operations, buy- and sell-side due diligence, and portfolio company value acceleration. He has led numerous due diligences for private equity and pension clients in software, technology, residential services, consumer goods, goods distribution, B2B services, infrastructure (energy), and health care/biotech. He has also served investors on a range of strategic and functional topics including organizational and investment strategy and ESG.

Prior to joining BCG, Darren spent time at Birch Hill Equity Partners in an investing role, executing new deals and value creation initiatives, as well as at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager. He founded two national charities in Canada with a direct financial impact of over $1.3 million and is involved with several non-profit boards.
