Davide Camisa joined BCG in 2010. He is a core member of the Consumer practice with a focus on retail. He is an expert in omnichannel retail, operational efficiency, large-scale change programs, and growth strategy.

Davide works with retailers on optimizing their operations and redefining their performance, as well as the design of their e-commerce value proposition and operating models. His recent engagements include defining e-grocery go-to-market strategy for a marketplace, increasing labor productivity for a multiformat grocery retailer, assessing economics of different fulfillment centers options for grocer, setting up a rapid response click-and-collect grocery offer during the COVID-19 pandemic, and redesigning the operating model for a pure-play online grocer.

During 2017, Davide was seconded to Ocado, a leading UK online pure-play supermarket. He was responsible for developing B2B partnerships and providing services, technology, and automation to grocery retailers internationally.
