Dima Golovinski joined Boston Consulting Group in 2011. He is a core member of BCG’s Industrial Goods practice with a focus on metals and mining, and significant experience in large capex project management.

Dima has worked with steelmakers and other metals and mining clients on large capital project management including investment governance, delivery strategies, value engineering, commissioning, and operations readiness. Dima has also supported clients as they develop corporate strategies, conduct due-diligences and large-scale reorganizations, and execute operations efficiency programs around the globe including the US, Canada, Mexico, and Europe.
