Dominique Cina joined the Zurich office of Boston Consulting Group in January 2011 and transferred to New York in 2017. He is a core member of the Health Care practice at the firm and has worked with biopharma clients in Europe, North and South America, and Asia, on E2E supply chain transformations, manufacturing and operational excellence, and lean production system designs and deployments, among other things.

In his recent engagements, Dominique developed a corporate restructuring strategy in manufacturing and supply chain functions for a multinational biopharma company, led an operational excellence strategy program to identify manufacturing plant opportunities and deploy standard platform capabilities for a multinational biopharma company, and led a large-scale transformation program aiming to reduce complexity in regulatory and supply chain operations through better and simplified management of artworks and regulatory technical changes for a global pharmaceutical company.
