Emma McQueen

Emma McQueen is a director within Boston Consulting Group's North America Transform Vantage Team. She helps clients navigate large-scale transformations by focusing on the principles and practices that help create meaningful, sustained results: governance, process, software tooling, and change management. Emma works across industries, and has supported some of the most prominent transformations in the region.

She brings 13 years of experience spanning operating model redesign, governance reviews, process improvement and technology implementations. Emma has also held several Chief of Staff roles, leading programs including workforce optimization, strategy setting, financial planning, operating model design, commercial strategy, and company culture.

Prior to joining BCG in 2023, she spent seven years at KPMG, primarily in risk consulting, specializing in financial crime transformation. She also spent time supporting the Head of Consulting in executing strategic and special projects, and served as Chief of Staff to the CEO of a sustainable fashion startup.
