Enes Oelcer is an expert in large-scale transformation and a core member of BCG TURN, Boston Consulting Group's transformation and turnaround practice. He is also a core member of BCG's Operations practice. Enes focuses on performance improvement programs both at multinational corporations and private equity portfolio companies, covering topics such as holistic cost transformation, procurement transformation, zero-based budgeting, and PMI. Enes has hands-on experience in line management in interim chief procurement officer and chief transformation officer roles and has held advisory roles across a range of industries including industrial goods and aerospace and consumer goods and retail.
Prior to joining BCG, Enes was a Director at AlixPartners, where he spent five years, delivering operational improvement programs, including major procurement transformations . Prior to that, he was a Principal at Efficio Consulting.
