Eran Koren is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Public Sector practice, and a leader for BCG's work in large-scale change. Eran spends most of his time supporting complex transformations for large intuitions both in the public and private sector. Since the beginning of 2020 he has focused on supporting state Departments of Health in their COVID response efforts, and strategizing for the future of public health. He is a core member of BCG's Central COVID response team.

Since joining BCG in Chicago in 2013, much of Eran's work has been on developing growth and transformation strategies for global companies, mostly consumer packaged goods and retail players. Eran also spent time in the BCG Tel Aviv office, working on building growth strategies for global Israeli-based companies. Recently he led the integration management office during the integration of major consumer processed goods players; built a comprehensive growth strategy for a top US confectionary business; and developed a comprehensive global growth strategy for a leading water irrigation company; and helped upgrade the operating model for a large state agency.

Prior to joining BCG, Eran worked as an advisor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He served as a combat officer in the Israeli Defense Force, and worked as a combat instructor for the Israeli parliament guard. Eran is a Certified Public Accountant.
