Erik Ekevall is a core member of the Industrial Goods practice at The Boston Consulting Group.

Erik first joined BCG in 2011. Having left the firm as a principal in 2014, he returned in 2016, specializing in project and company turnarounds, primarily in the mining supply chain—including rail, mining, suppliers—and in telecommunications construction.

Erik’s work is founded on his passion for driving ambitious turnaround and growth in capital-intensive industries. He is an expert with BCG TURN, which helps clients deliver rapid, visible performance improvements in the short term while strengthening their organizations and positioning them to win in the future.

Prior to rejoining BCG, Erik was general manager of commercial restructuring with NBN. He has also served in the Norwegian Armed Forces rapid response force, including two tours of duty of Kosovo.
