Florent Berthod is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Operations and Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practices. He is the lead for large transformation topics in operations for Western Europe, South America, and Africa.
In his work with industrial clients, including aerospace, automotive, and fast-moving consumer goods companies, and principal investors and private equity firms, Florent covers E2E cost improvement projects, production ramp-ups, large capex project management, footprint adjustment programs, org transformation, and Industry 4.0 (including assessment, transformation, and plan design and implementation).
Prior to joining BCG, Florent worked for Groupe PSA in France, Central Europe, and China for 19 years, holding positions including Plant Director and World Wide Operations Transformation Leader.
