He advises C-suite-level executives on how to leverage digital technologies to enable their companies to grow and become more agile and efficient. He works across industries on projects related to digital and IT strategy, transformation and sourcing.
François has helped clients define their IT strategy, transform to become more agile, optimize operations using lean approaches, define and implement an outsourced and offshoring model, and recover at-risk projects.
Before joining BCG in 2011, François worked as an associate partner at Kurt Salmon, where he led the outsourcing and offshoring advisory activity and was a core member of the CIO advisory practice. Before switching to consulting, he was an IT manager at a leading corporate and investment bank.
